Hi! I’m Michelle, founder of Cresera.

I’m a Salesforce Administrator with experience leading complex, cross-functional projects - from building CPQ and quote-to-cash solutions to integrating Salesforce with critical systems like NetSuite, Salesloft, and Marketo. I thrive at the intersection of business challenges and technical problem-solving, creating smart solutions that deliver measurable results.

I help businesses unlock the full potential of Salesforce. In past roles, I led CPQ implementations that cut quoting time from a full day to just minutes and supported companies launching new products by designing end-to-end processes - such as for Professional Services - that improved collaboration between sales and implementation teams. Beyond sales, I've built marketing automation that delivers cleaner data, smarter lead routing, and clearer pipeline visibility. My focus is always the same: creating solutions that save time, reduce friction, and let teams excel at what they do best.

My passion for strategy grew from my time in Revenue Operations, where I established a new SDR team, optimized sales tools, and improved data visibility with standardized reporting. These experiences sharpened my ability to bridge strategy and systems - skills I now bring to every client engagement.
